Description: 1. Planned and surprised visiting the warehouses/ locations for both accounts and internal audit activities.

2. Obtain information/ data from the location in order to conduct accounts and internal audit activities.

3. Obtain information/ data regarding the cycle and operation of recording the entries in the accounting system from which information/ data gathered for internal audit activity.

4. Identifying the discrepancies in the system, process and operation verified during internal audit activity.

5. Identifying and assessing areas of significant discrepancies/ risk.

6. Preparation of report of the activity.

7. Ensuring complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to department head/ management.

8. Discussing the discrepancies/ risk with department head for improvement of controls so that the discrepancies/ risk can be mitigated.

9. Challenging current processes across the entity and identify opportunities for refinement.

10. Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up.

11. Supervise and train the internees in internal audit department.

12. Any other task given by manager.
