Arittek is looking for a results-driven Telephonic Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities:
? Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
? Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
? Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
? Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
? Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
? Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
? Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying
Requirements:
? Proven work experience as a Sales Representative of at least 2 years
? Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Word & Excel
? Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales
? Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
? Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
? Excellent Listening Skills
? Relationship management skills and open-ness to feedback
? Multilingual will be preferred
