? Answer inbound calls from prospective customers based in the US
? Assist customers in acquiring the internet, television, phone, and home security systems separately or in package deals.
? Ensure all quality perimeters are met on every phone call.
? Attend all required training and keep up to date on product and services knowledge.
Qualification
? Metric/ O-A Level / Intermediate or above
Job Specification:
? Exceptional English communication skills, leading to customer satisfaction and subsequently high conversion percentage.
? Self-motivated.
? Must possess excellent work ethics and flawless dependability.
