Description: We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested to explore the International Ecommerce Market Places.
Job Responsibility:
- The Jr. Purchase Returns Executive will be handling the entire Vendor Coordination cycle.
- Has to Resolve and Review Customer Order Cancellations.
- Accurately updating data in the system & Verifying Customer Returns & cancellations.
- Addressing & resolving customer issues by maintaining a satisfactory service level on the Return Phone queue, it is to have a clear understanding of issues and escalate them as needed.
- Has to maintain coordination between parts, components, and warranty returns.
- Ensuring that returns are delivered successfully to vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification should intermediate
- The candidate should have Good Negotiation & Communication skills
- Should have a Problem Solving Attitude
- Must be able to Work Under Pressure & should possess critical thinking abilities
- Must be competent in MS. Office
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Shift Timings: 6 pm - 3 am (Saturday: 6 pm - 11 pm)
