Infrastructure Operations Engineer is responsible for providing managing and maintaining IT infrastructure. Infrastructure Operations Engineer provide necessary support to client's products, projects, services, operations and clients by ensuring availability of IT Infrastructure.
Infrastructure Operations Engineer are highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support professionals with ability to support companywide IT Infrastructure. Client focuses on maintaining leadership in the IT Infrastructure Operations and Services, hence this role requires high flexibility, adaptability to quickly adopt new technologies and quick learning ability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide Infrastructure Support Services for projects, products, customers, and internal operations
Remain abreast with latest trends relevant to Support Services, identify potential new technologies, skills and techniques for adoption
Take Guidance from Seniors as and when required
Maintain knowledgebase for thir customers and support teams
At least 1 years of experience of providing Infrastructure Operations
Good understanding of core IT infrastructure concepts including Database Administration, Application Management & Maintenance, Identity & Access Controls, Cloud Administration and Infrastructure Security
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of working with latest and prevalent IT Infrastructure Technologies
Experience of working with cloud infrastructure is a plus
Preferred experience of providing infrastructure support for ERP, Utilities domain, City Councils, or Custom cloud solutions using Oracle or other pre-packaged enterprise solutions
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and written communication skills

Strong customer delivery
Skilled ability to handle complexity and uncertainty
Ability to work well within a team and ability to develop solutions with minimal guidance
