Description: -Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's technology infrastructure.

-Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting, software and hardware installations, and system maintenance.

-Manage and maintain the organization's databases, network, and other technological resources.

-Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of IT-related issues.

-Research and recommend new technologies to improve the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
