Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding incoming and outgoing calls.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum intermediate qualification and at least 1 year of experience.

The position requires communication, writing skills, basic, computer skills,

Must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved in any full/part-time job. You don't necessarily have to be highly experienced in the call center industry however excellent command of English is a basic requirement. Complete training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads via outbound calls.

Follow call-center script, communication procedures, and guidelines.
