Description: NizamSons (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Coordination Manager who has 1-2 years of experience in working with CEO/MD of a large group of companies. The ideal candidate should be:
- Male
- 28-35 years of age
- MBA or minimum 16 years education
- Having A+ grade (above 90%) throughout Matriculation-MBA
- Having degree from LUMS, IBA, LSE, NUST or other reputable institute
- Having experience in working with CEO/Chairman/MD of large group of companies
Main responsibilities include:
- Creation of reports, charts, budgets
- Travel management
- Visitor management
- Meeting schedule
- Coordination with senior management and CEO
- Follow up of emails and communication on behalf of CEO
