Description: Requirements:

- Experienced in managing TeleSales team.

- Proven experience as Telesales supervisor or other sales / customer services role.

- Ability to learn about products.

- Excellence in  communication and interpersonal skills.

- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address compains.

Responsibilities:

- Manage TeleSales Tteam    

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product.

- Answer questions about the product or the company.

- Ask customers to understand the requirements and close sales.

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
