Description:
The job incumbent shall perform the following responsibilities:
Recruitment for Junior Level Positions
Participate in the Job Fair/Career Fair of the Universities
Attendance and Leave Management
Conduct Trainings for Junior staff
Maintain staff Personal Files and Documentation
Qualification: BBA /MBA -Human Resources
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Timings: 10 am to 6 pm (Sat & Sun Off)
Skills: Tech Savvy and Proficiency in MS Office , Word and Power Point
Passion for HR with Good Interpersonal Skills
Good Organizational Skills
Good Time Management Skills
Culture Agile and maintain Confidentiality of HR department
Always ready to help others and Supportive Individual
Regular and Punctual
