Description: Major Responsibilities:
- Manage effective warehouse operations including Inventory & Logistics aligned with organizational objectives
- Effectively Manage inventory of Raw materials and packaging materials as per defined MSL for smooth operations
- Ensure availability of FG in nationwide stores as per business need and defined MSL
- Ensure timely nationwide dispatches as per SOPs in coordination with business partners
- Managing Sales returns, rejections, and damage material claims
- Team development and performance management
- Keep a strong focus on customer experience by gathering and analyzing feedback followed by a strong improvement plan
- Ensure effective compliance of company policies and implementation of SOPs
- KPIs implementation and business wise analysis and reporting for operational excellence
- Ensuring Cost effectiveness in Warehousing and logistics operations
- Ensuring the safety of workers as per predefined HSE policies
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager
Education: Masters / Preferably in Supply Chain
Experience: 12-15 Years
