Job Description:

• The Service engineer is responsible for providing support services to all customers, specifically related to installation, maintenance, support services & troubleshooting.
  • Provide onsite installation, instrument validation, commissioning and training on analytical lab equipment.
  • High quality technical and application support to customers.
  • Develop technical documentation related to service department.
  • Maintain detailed records and service log books of instruments, visits and projects.
  • Reporting periodically to management and correspondence with foreign partners.
  • Travel to different cities of Pakistan to successfully commence the repair and preventive maintenance tasks

Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving attitude
• Strong computer skills, including Windows 10, Microsoft Suite.
• Should be skilled at explaining/documenting technical issues in detail in order to get advanced support from foreign manufacturers.
• Should be able to follow technical operational manuals, service manuals, diagrams etc. for independent troubleshooting of instrumentation
