    • We are looking for a Customer Support Officer in Sales & Support department for Pakistan, Karachi office; with responsibilities not limited to handling Clients, run email campaigns, generate leads and tasks assign by management.

      Job Responsibilities
      • Successful candidate will be responsible for clients handling on CRM.
      • Candidate will be responsible for design placement on panel.
      • Satisfy clients on their requirements on order placements.
      • Follow up on potentials clients via email or phone calls.
      • Convert confirmed clients on CRM as well as on panel.
      • Assign designs to designers as per customers need.
      • Write Promotional Emails and sending it on special occasion.
      • Prepare and analyzing monthly reports of designs and orders on CRM.
      • To record and maintain customers details on monthly basis.
      • Ability to retain potential as well as loyal customers.

      Job Requirement
      • Candidate must have excellent English conversational skills.
      • Candidate must have skills to perform multi tasks.
      • Candidate must have an experience of a 1 year or 2 in outbound customers handling.
      • Preference will be given to male candidates.
