Description:

GE Solucions is currently looking for energetic and passionate call center representatives to join our teams, we are hiring experienced and fresh call center representatives for our DME Campaign.

Job Responsibility:

The Call Center Agent will be responsible to manage and take calls in a professional and confident manner.

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.

Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.

Identify the customer needs on call, and seize the opportunity to upsell the DME Service with clear information.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a good accent.

Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus and preferred (Fresh Candidates can also apply)

The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.

Must have basic computer knowledge.
