Description:

Responsibilities:

Manage social media calendars and scheduler.
Create engaging content for all social media channels, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Perform product shoots for REELS and VIDEO for Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
Generate dynamic content in collaboration with designers and video editors, that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages participation.
Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools and develop ways to improve.
Plan out Campaigns for Web and Social platforms including posts, web banners, email content, and marketing collaterals.
Conduct research on popular product trends and offer recommendations to the marketing and Category teams.
Assist in creating content strategies for PR and content creation purposes.

Requirements:

Min 2 Years of work experience in a similar domain of Beauty & Cosmetics.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Good at Google Analytics, Traffic, and Trend Analysis by using Tools.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Analytical thinking and creative skills.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
