Description: Job Specifications:
Oversee overall office operations, ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Handle utilities bills, payments, and maintain records. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as record-keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking. Perform office boy duties, including serving refreshments, handling mail and courier services, and assisting with errands. Conduct staff level checks to ensure compliance with office policies and procedures. Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee attendance records and assisting with onboarding processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. High level of integrity and professionalism.
