Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an Educational field
- 2 years experience in a teaching role
- Valid State Teaching Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- A drive to be motivational
- Meet with teachers to understand lesson plans and agendas
- Adhere to all lesson plans while interacting with students
- Interact with students in a way that successfully conveys educational material
- Maintain an orderly classroom and handle all disturbances in accordance with guidelines
- Document and report all incidents to senior staff immediately
- Identify student who may require more help.
- Grade all students on their merits and displays of education
- Assist head teacher with work overflow
