JOB GRADE TITLE: Deputy Manager
REPORTING TO: Head of Human Resources and Chief Operating Officer
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Regular (Open-ended)
LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan.


The incumbent will be responsible to manage entire HR operations for the grant including recruitment & selection, performance management, employee relations and payroll management, etc.
Lead and manage project staff recruitment and talent assessment activities.
Effectively run new staff onboarding process and arrange staff orientation on time.
Work closely with Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Director to remain up-to-date with project hiring need(s).
Ensure staff personnel files remain updated at all times in line with auditory requirements.
Arrange staff trainings (in house/external) as and when needed.
Advice Project Lead(s) on job reclassifications, career development and salary determination.
Work closely with Head of Human Resources w.r.t existing policies, staff payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance of IRD policies & procedures along with labor law guidelines.
Perform other related tasks and duties assigned by the line manager.


Required Qualification
Masters in Human Resources / Public Administration and CHRP (preferable).

Required Experience

5 - 6 years of experience in handling Human Resource functions.
