Description: Responsibilities Include:
- Visiting different stores and other establishments.
- Evaluating and documenting their customer experience as per given criteria.
- Writing and filing reports on the overall experience.
Requirements:
- Should have a smartphone with a minimum thirteen MP Camera.
- Minimum Age should be twenty-five years & above
- Minimum qualification must be Intermediate other than Arts
- Flexible in travelling to nearest areas to his location
- Experience in Field research /Mystery shopping is preferable.
The ideal candidate should be organised, detailed-oriented, able to handle pressure and possess good communication as well as people-dealing skills.
