Description:

We are hiring Customer Sales Representative for a Lead Generation role (NIGHT SHIFT)(8.00 pm to 5.00 am). It involves telesales marketing in which you have to Generate demand for sale through Cold calling; make multiple outbound calls to customers. Find interested customers or develop interest in customers than collect contact information of interested customers for sales department. We just need from you to collect contact information of interested customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience with lead generation and prospect management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients

Persuasive and goal-oriented

Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

previous experience in an outbound call center

inside sales experience, or related sales experience

knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

Excellent analytical and time-management skills

Demonstrated and proven sales results

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Note: Freshers and females are encourage to apply!

Basic Salary: 25,000 + Commission + Performance based bonuses

for female candidates : Rs.30,000+ commission + performance based bonuses + travelling allowance.
