Description: Web at Max, a customer support company based in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi is looking for fresh or experienced customer support executives with good english and ability to speak over the phone. Job includes listening to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services over the phone ( incoming and outgoing calls ), emails and text. This is not a cold calling or a typical call center job. Proper training will be provided.
