Tracking & Customer Support required at Trail-Trac Transport.

Location: Lahore - Pakistan
Salary: 40k - 45k ( PKR )
Experience: Fresh Graduate
Shift Timings: On Rotation
Job Type: Full-Time


Description: We are Canadian and USA based Carrier company which is hiring staff in our Pakistan office.

Position: 3-5 (Male / Female)

>>Available Shifts: 10-6pm & 2am-10am

- You will be on the dispatch team / Tracking team

- This includes tasks such as

- Communicating with customers

- In & Out Bond calls

- Emails handling

- Updating TMS & TMC

- verifying Pickup and Deliveries papers.

- Driver's tracking

- Customs Work

 ***Position Requirements****

- Must know computer knowledge

- Must have adoptive, Out spoken, Self routed and Analytical skills.

- Must know Microsoft world & Excel

- Must be conversational and friendly.

- Must: Speak, read, and write in English.

- Must speak either Punjabi / Urdu

- Must have the ability to make phone calls

- Must have an excellent memory
