Good Spoken and written English & Urdu is required.
Need to multitask (Response on WhatsApp, Chats Emails, calls and Texts)
Customer Complaints handling
Reviews handling on multiple platforms.
Proficient in computer handling.
1 to 2 years of experience is required.
Previous Experience in E-commerce industry will be preferred.
Qualification: minimum graduate
