About the Job

Our client is seeking a proactive individual who can build and nurture relationships within the Packaging, Printing, Assembly, Hygiene, and Bookbinding industries in Pakistan. The position will primarily target businesses in Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and Karachi. Therefore, the successful candidate should be flexible and prepared to travel to these manufacturing hubs.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with end users and compare hot melt adhesive specifications to identify equivalent products within the distributor's preferred brand
• Work directly with production teams in the targeted industries to conduct technical trials and demonstrations of Hot Melt Adhesive application on various machines
• Carry out market research and provide information about competitors' products and strategies
• Assist the distributor's sales teams and work closely with end users to develop Hot Melt Adhesive solutions tailored to their specific machine and process needs
• Visit manufacturers in industries like packaging, assembly, hygiene, and bookbinding across Punjab, collecting technical information about their hot melt adhesive applications on diverse machines and for various products
• Spot new market opportunities and nurture existing client relationships while expanding the company's customer base
• Formal education in a related field would be a bonus, but is not a strict requirement for this position, as practical experience and knowledge of the industry are our primary concerns

Skills

• Experience operating various types of machinery used to apply hot melt adhesives
• Existing contacts and relationships within the targeted industries would be a significant advantage
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated success in executing technical trials for Hot Melt Adhesives on machinery
• A goal-oriented and driven approach to work
