Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Creating designs for packaging, labeling, and promotional materials that meet regulatory guidelines and effectively communicate the product's features and benefits.
• Working closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand's overall strategy and messaging.
• Adhering to strict guidelines for typography, color, and other visual elements to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Collaborating with copywriters to create compelling copy that complements the design and messaging of each piece.
• Ensuring that all designs are accurate, error-free, and meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing the production process, including working with printers and other vendors to ensure that designs are printed correctly and on schedule.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into your designs as appropriate.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Working with product development teams to create product logos, icons, and other visual elements that effectively represent the product.
• Creating digital materials such as web graphics and social media ads to promote the products.
