Customer Services Manager required

Location: ISLAMABAD - Pakistan
Salary: 80k - 100k ( PKR )
Experience: 2 Years
Shift Timings: On Rotation
Job Type: Full-Time

Description: Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure they are meeting performance standards and goals.
Build strong relationships with customers and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure fintech products are delivered efficiently and effectively to customers.
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our products and services to potential customers.
Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve products and services.
Identify and resolve customer service issues in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and maintain customer service metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws related to fintech products and services.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the fintech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of fintech products and services.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to fintech products and services.
