Position:(Part Time)
DigitEMB is currently seeking a young and energetic HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Placing Ads for Job Post over various job portals.
- Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses.
- Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Face to Face interview on Zoom Meeting.
- Conducting computer assessments of shortlisted pool.
- Meeting required target of calls to close positions.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Note:
- Your main objective is to help DigitEMB by fill vacancies with talented job seekers.
- Remote Employment.
- Candidate must have a Laptop/system with suitable internet.
- 4 Hours/Day.
Requirement:
- Education: BBA/MBA (HR)
- Experience: 3-5 Years (Talent Acquisition)
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suits.
Part-time hours: 24 hrs per week
