Description:

On Phone: Lead Generation
Following up on opt-in leads that showed interest in our services and to schedule them for our live webinars. The data was texted/SMS'd and they showed interest in our products. This is not cold calling. 

On Phone: Customer Service
You will be required to deliver professional customer service over the phone. 

Other Tasks:

• Performing Data Entry work on multiple projects including our online stores. 

You will be required to deliver professional customer service over: 

• Email
• Text messaging Platform. 
• Website Chat.
• Uber Conference/Screen Sharing.
• Trouble shooting customer accounts on our cloud platform.

Requirements/Prerequisites/Skills you must have:

•  You must have at least 1 to 2 years of International Call Center Experience and be well versed in written business communication. 
• Your English must be fluent and taking instructions in English should be natural to you.
• Willingness to work Night Shift between 9pm to 6am Monday Through Saturday.
• You will arrange for your transportation back & forth to the office. We do not provide pick & Drop.
• You should be proactive and quick on your feet.
• You MUST have good grasp over Microsoft Office.
• Possessing Adobe Photoshop skill would be an advantage.
• Ability to learn new software/products on your own would be desired.
• Professional writing and verbal skills in English is a must have.
• Be self-learner and highly proactive.
• Be able to learn new platforms introduced to you on your own.
• Neutral English Accent.
• Preferable skills over Chrome, Firefox, Skype, Zendesk, Slack, Playstore, Uber conference, Hubstaff, Hubspot and other Software.
• You MUST possess a friendly personality.

Salary:

• We offer Base Salary and No Commissions.
• The salary could be up to 40,000 a month depending on how you clear the interview.

Work Schedule:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Days: Monday through Saturday (Sunday OFF)
• Hours: 9* hours (1 hour break)
• Time zone: 9pm PKST - 6am PKST

Training:

• We do not believe in Class Room Training, You will be on Pay-Roll from the day you join us.
• We expect you to know the basics of almost everything in General about customer service, Business Communication in English and Common software and applications.
• We are not a training school and we definitely do not teach English.

Interview:

• Monday through Saturday between 6pm and 10pm with a copy of your resume.
• Your Answers to Questions below must be in a YES before applying for this job.

• Do you speak English fluently without a heavy accent?
