Domino's Pizza is looking for the position of "Sr. Executive Industrial Relations".
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Preferably Bachelors in Law or HR
Experience: 3 to 4 years experience of IR is required
Position Requirements:
- Managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
- Develop methods to monitor employee satisfaction with policies or working conditions, including grievance or complaint procedures
- Address employee relations issues, work complaints, or other employee concerns
- Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes
Competencies & Skills:
- Diploma in Labor Relations or law will be added advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
- Should be hands-on with drafting all kind of letters
- Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills
