Description: 1. Accountability for Operations (LHE, PEW and ISB) regarding service levels, service efficiency & performance

2. To ensure operational costs are managed efficiently in line with budgetary requirements

3. Analyze and problem solve operational problems to maximize operational efficiency.

? Oversee timely and accurate movement of shipments and documentation.

? Ensure that employees comply with rate and service requirements established by customers.

5. Must have strong interpersonal skills, process driven and customer focused.

? Formulate, establish operational policies and procedures.

? Liaison with all levels of management as needed to keep them appraised of operational matters

6. Ensure continuous improvement processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve performance.
