Description: Mailmunch is looking to hire a Business Development Manager with:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a SaaS company or a Startup
• Team player and leadership qualities.
• Pristine work ethic and time management skills.
• Deep understanding of optimizing Sales funnels.
• Well-versed with influencer marketing.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• A proven record of exceeding sales targets.
• Comprehensive understanding of business models for various E-commerce businesses.
• Self-driven and self-motivated to maintain a high level of productivity.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Networking and building relationships with high-value clients.
• Identify the optimal market segment and tailoring a sales strategy best suited for that segment.
• Developing processes to set the foundation for need-based marketing to drive sales.
• Incorporating influencer marketing to drive sales numbers.
• Developing optimal Sales funnel.
• Identifying and resolving any issues with the sales funnel.
• Devising new out of the box strategies to boost conversions
• Meeting timelines and sales targets.
• Comprehensive reporting of the sales efforts being conducted.
• Working with the Marketing team to assist them with optimizing their marketing efforts.
• Translating user feedback to the product team to improve User Experience and developing new features.
• Ensuring that the Sales team functions as a cohesive unit.

This is a night shift job, and the timing would be 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
