Description: Golpik is looking for a Senior level resource as a Sr. Technical Lead Software Engineer PHP for its Karachi based office.

• Create Standards (SOPs) that surpasses industries' best practices.
• Create unified coding and development practices.
• Create and manage resources page that contains useful information for team members.
• Make all the information accessible on a web page so that every new employee first must go with our SOPs and best practices.
• Constantly work on team creation and development.
• Identify team players' current standing against the set goals.
• Create an inspiring team environment.
• Create a healthy and motivating work environment.
• Actively participate in the hiring process to bring in a talented resource to the team.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Help the organization creating a vibrant team that can achieve the set goals.
• Performance Evaluation and Reporting Structure.
• Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
• Coaching and mentoring monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operations and performance.

Job Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer PHP
• Experience in Support Department
• Flexible with work timing
• Experience in PHP-Laravel
• Bachelors/ Masters degree in CS
