Description: We are looking to expand our dynamic team with experienced Call Center Agents/ Telesales Representatives for a Digital Marketing campaign by outbound calls in the USA. This is a unique opportunity for experienced individuals with a passion for sales and an aptitude for persuasive communication to work in a challenging, rewarding environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to prospective clients and generating leads.
Set the Appointment with Clients.
Employing exceptional sales skills to convert potential leads into sales.
Working towards both individual and team sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of international call center experience.
Proven track record of success in lead generation, cold calling, sales, and customer success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Demonstrated strong sales abilities and persuasive communication skills.
Capability to make back-to-back calls and ability to work under pressure.
A strong desire to excel in sales and the ambition to grow with us.
Night Shift Timing: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
Monday to Friday
Females with relevant experience are highly encouraged for this job post.
