ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE required at HR Excellence (Pvt.) Ltd.


Location: Karachi - Pakistan
Experience: 2 Years
Shift Timings: Morning Shift
Job Type: Full-Time



  • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
  • Able to provide administrative support and managing their queries
  • Carry out bank reconciliation, ERP postings and other accounting tasks as required from time to time.
  • Help in issuing daily receipts.
  • Other Accounting tasks as assigned by Manager.
  • Prepare budget and financial forecasts
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close process
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
  • Develop periodic reports for management
  • Document accounting control procedures
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation


  • At-least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors in Accounting and Finance
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Ability to manage deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Excel & ERP Software.
  • Should have Organizational & Time Management Skills
