Description:
  • Implementation of filing system & Filing management.
  • Record keeping (i.e. Faxes, incoming/outgoing mails, material issuance.
  • Documents for Prequalification, Tenders, Registrations, Product Promotions &Visa submission.
  • Formats Distribution, Preparation & Implementation of Standard Documentation for Business Operations.
  • Submission of following Monthly & periodically Reports to HOD/management
  • Company Profile/ Presentation, Product Brochures, Product Presentations.
  • Properly storage of all items/resources with labelling
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
