Description:
- Implementation of filing system & Filing management.
- Record keeping (i.e. Faxes, incoming/outgoing mails, material issuance.
- Documents for Prequalification, Tenders, Registrations, Product Promotions &Visa submission.
- Formats Distribution, Preparation & Implementation of Standard Documentation for Business Operations.
- Submission of following Monthly & periodically Reports to HOD/management
- Company Profile/ Presentation, Product Brochures, Product Presentations.
- Properly storage of all items/resources with labelling
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
