Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
-Make Outbound telephone calls to small & medium sized businesses.
-Identify their TV, Internet & Phone requirements and offer products and services from a wide range of products available in their area.
-Answer questions based on their requirements and coordinate with partner vendor to get an exclusive quotation to the client.
-Follow up through phone and email to close the client and sign contracts.
-Providing an excellent customer experience during the pre and post-sales process
-Maintain records of contacts and sales clients.
Qualifications:
-At least 2 to 3 years B2B phone sales experience with proven track record.
-Excellent phone skills
-Strong communication skills
-Self-motivated & ambitious
-Exceptional interpersonal skills
-Ability to meet challenges of a dynamic and fast-paced environment
-Aptitude with current computer technology
