-Good communication skill and should speak English

-Problem-solving attitude & good negotiation skills

-Maintain excellent customer service as a priority.

-Understand the different dynamics taking place during calls or e-mails correspondence with customers to maintain excellent customer service. 

-Addresses & resolves customer issues; escalate as needed

Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am (Monday-Friday)

06:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Saturday)
