Golpik Inc is looking for Junior HR-Executive for its head office located at Shahra e Faisal, Karachi.

• Qualification: Bachelor / BBA in Human Resource Management
• Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year of Relevant Experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Play a vital role in the recruitment needs of an organization.
• Map role criteria define position description and document specifications
• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and compatibility
• Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit and develop a pool of shortlisted potential candidates.
• Present fully-screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with the hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and follow-up references.
• Taking care of overall On-boarding to Off-boarding process
• Liaise between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation the process through to its completion
• Liaison with the managers regarding their hiring needs.
• Maintaining candidate database against every job.
• Research and develop recruiting leads.
