As a Customer Sales and Support Representative, you will build upon your existing experience to offer excellent customer service processing new sales leads as necessary and work as part of the team to ensure the smooth daily operations are maintained. 

Job Responsibilities: 

1) Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs. 

2) Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 

3) Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. 

4) Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. 

5) Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. 

6) Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. 

Morning Timing: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Night Timing: 08:00 PM to 04:00 AM Part time: 07:00 PM to 12:00 AM Bonus: Monthly Bonus, Sales Bonus, Tardiness bonus Job Types: Full-tim
