    Software Tester Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:     
1.    Manage the software testers and arrange daily tasks.
2.    Standardize the test report and feedback results of each project.
3.    Master document editing capabilities.
4.    Organize weekly meetings and discuss.
5.    Follow up the test questions.

Requirement:
Gender: Either
Age 22 - 30 years old
Travelling required 20%-30%

Job requirements:
     1. Have mobile phone software working experience is preferred.
     2. Can use a mobile phone testing tools, for example Qualcomm tools & Mediatek(QPST/QXDM).
     3. Good command over English, have the basic mobile software translation skills
     4. Good learning ability & self-organization and communication skills.
     5. Skilled in Ms.Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).     
     6. Education: High school degree or above, Computer or Technology Major preferred.
     7. Good analytic ability and patience.
