Description:
Liaison with Material Engineer for material planning
Receive drawing from Material Engineer
Critically review purchase order.
Prepare bill of material for projects and spares
Responsible to compile BOM (Bill of material) for demand
Prepare forging orders as per design parameters and production requirement
Prepare casting work orders.
Prepare Shell Lots according to the CPPC plan and foundry requirement
Material demand entry in ERP on regular basis
Issuance of demands to CPPC
Maintain BOM (Bill of material) and demand records in design database
Monitor component lead time issues and assist as necessary to support our production & delivery commitments
