Description: Capturing accurate and complete demographic details of the caller
Receiving calls and answering them as per defined protocol
Maintaining and following all the quality parameters
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Will be responsible for the promotion of government schemes and programmes and IEC activities
Designation: Health Advisory officer.
Qualification: GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, D Pharm, B Pharm, M. Pharma.
Salary: - 1,68,000/-annum.
