Job Description:
- Must be able to work in the rotational shifts.
- Call center experience is preferable with British accent.
- Must be dedicated towards work.
- No gender discrimination.
- Only serious people apply.
- Monitor all eOPS tasks and associate alerts to ensure the relevant person complete them
- Take all ADM and CDM calls and manage them in accordance with flow chart (to be developed) where required
- DevOps to make eOPS module to allow occ access to relevant information and for occ to record actions and history of their engagement
- Manage Pakistan office in terms of Attendance Time in & out. Monitor workload and productivity, office management.
