Description:

We are looking for Plant Hygiene Supervisor

1. Coordinates, plans and conducts programs to educate employees about cleanliness, safety and sanitation in the workplace.
2. Organize training to educate workers on health/safety requirements necessary for a hazard-free environment
3. Carry out investigations to evaluate adequacy of ventilation, lighting and other conditions required for employee safety
4. Prepare reports and maintain records of observations and recommended control to avoid any recurrence of accidents.
5. Provides advice on methods and procedures to reduce occupational health risks.
6. Evaluates facilities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promotes maintenance of a sanitary working environment.
7. Ensure organizational policies align with standards set by regulatory health/safety body.
8. To keep the overall plant neat and clean including operation area, offices, washrooms, Walk ways, drive ways, parks, canteen, residences, on daily basis.
9. To provide the neat and clean uniform to all employees on duty in all two shifts and supervise Laundry services through contractor.
10. To maintain the First aid box in designated areas and to refill as and when required
11. To keep the firefighting equipment clean up to date and in working conditions & placed in designated locations in easy approach.
12. To keep update and display the lists for emergency numbers Internal & External all notice boards at plant.
13. To perform hygiene audit on daily basis and take corrective actions accordingly.
14. To update fire extinguishers location plant, Evaluative plant and emergency plan time to time.
15. Locker provisions and its maintenance
