Description:
Monthly Stock take at the closing of every month
Stock Reconciliation by checking opening and closing inventory levels at outlet
Perform audit of all inward and outward gate passes by keeping in loop store manager.
Verification of all stock movements through invoices.
Review and audit of every single receipt from sales
Verify and match record of sales(Including cash sales, credit sales, advance sales)
Monthly Stock take report preparation, sharing and presentation to DGM internal Audit.
Overall Stock reconciliation report from Warehouse to outlets(Difference Presentation)
