Description:
Looking for young and energetic sales person with proven sale / marketing background in cultivating client relationships, and making recommendations to improve key information for marketing success. With minimum two years of experience.
- To contact potential clients in order to increase sales opportunities by phone and email.
- Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, questions, and suggestions as per the defined process guidelines
- Keeping records of details and inquiries of customer complaints and taking action accordingly
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Follows up on the implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Identifies and approaches new clients.
- Must have problem solving skills
- Should be customer oriented
- Should know how to prioritize tasks according to their importance
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasks
- Good writing skills
- Good knowledge of English and Urdu.
