Description
- Timely status update on fleet book i.e. driver call ups & notification at b/d.
- Check daily & monthly truck performance and production analysis and reconciliation.
- Overall fleet management and productivity, ensuring maximum output.
- Approve Journey sheets, Operations Fueling.
- Responsible for Driver motivation and discipline.
- Ensure implementation of E.H.S programs for drivers and trucks.
- Coordinate with Admin Manager to ensure renewal of all licenses, insurances, permits etc in time.
- Functional contact with the workshop manager & stores in charge in regards to fleet maintenance.
- Follow workshop through fleet coordinators on priority trucks.
- Responsible for timely dispatch of spares to branches.
- Shall ensure staff in the department are trained
- Perform any other task that shall be assigned by management
- Review daily truck movement and production report with fleet coordinator
- Approve operations mileages expenses and local purchase order
- Work odd hours to ensure optimum fleet movement and sales target achievement
- Handle customer complaints, enforce corrective actions and ensure customer complete satisfaction.
- Routine contact with clients.
- Responsible for driver motivation and discipline.
- Confirm correctness of sales invoices.
- Perform Administrative correspondence.
